It is always possible that something does not go according to plan. A frame can break when sending, a drawing can fold in half, etc. When a piece of art arrives broken, please contact me as soon as possible via the contact form or firstname.lastname@example.org.
I bear the responsibility that a piece of art arrives to you in one piece and will always provide the most suitable solution if this is not the case.
It is also possible that a work of art does not meet your expectations or perhaps the recipient of your gift is not completely happy and wants to exchange it.
That's all possible too!
If this is the case, indicate within 30 days that you want to exchange or return the product via the contact form or email@example.com.
You can then return the piece of art in its original packaging.
The costs of returning are for the buyer.
